TEEMSS CCProbe Probe Kit

The TEEMSS CCProbe Probe Kit has been manufactured for the TEEMSS project and the first production prototypes have been delivered to teachers in April 2002.  Included is a CCProbe interface, Palm cable, Force, Light, Temperature, Voltage-Current probes and a SmartWheel.

When you first get the Probe Kits use the following instructions to make sure you have all the parts and to test the interface, probes, and cables.

We have found various problems with the first set of prototypes.  In order to make the probes durable enough for standard classroom use the following repairs are recommended.

• SmartWheel and Force Probe connector repair
• SmartWheel CDROM repair
  
• VI Probe cable repair
