Click and drag over the temperature. Include the headers for the column. The data and header should be highlighted.

Click on Options in the top menu and select Make Chart.

Select Line Graph from the Chart Options and click OK.

In order to show the data more clearly, select Chart Options from the Edit menu with the graph highlighted. Click on the Series button. Select a different symbol. Click OK.
