Rachel Kay


Educational Researcher
Rachel Kay is an educational researcher on several projects. She is responsible for planning and organizing research, creating, piloting, and evaluating assessment instruments, and analyzing study results. Her research interests include evaluating technology use in schools and how to measure its effects on achievement. Rachel earned a Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College.
